Chocolate Banana Mocha Smoothie Bowl

Everybody loves some chocolate. The right kind is both healthy and delicious. When combined with a frozen banana, you have a guilt-free dessert that also doubles as breakfast.

To take it to the next level, Ashley Shapiro added Metabrew to her chocolate banana bowl, to give you not only a boost of flavors but also some antioxidants, prebiotics, and healthy fats to kickstart your day.

Chocolate Banana Mocha Smoothie Bowl: 


1/2 cup Metabrew coffee
1/2 cup Almond Cow's homemade almond milk
2 scoops Ka'Chava Tribe's chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon Julie's Real cacao espresso almond butter
1 frozen Trader Joe's plantain
Frozen strawberries and raspberries
1/2 cup kabocha squash
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Frozen water (ice LOL)


Blend it all together and top it with Julie's Real grain free granola, Manitoba Harvest's hemp hearts, and Enjoy Life Food's mini chocolate chips, strawberries, banana, bee pollen, and freeze dried raspberries.
