Chia Pudding Recipe - Featuring Metabrew TEA

5 ingredients · 45 minutes · 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving Metabrew Tea
  • 3 tbsps Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Grass Fed Collagen

Directions:

  1. Blend together Metabrew Tea, Collagen, and Full Fat Coconut Milk
  2. Pour into Jar
  3. Add in chia seeds and mix together
  4. Put in fridge for at least 45 minutes (best to leave overnight)
  5. Optional- Top with berries or nuts
