Break out the Blender: Coffee Cashew Smoothie Recipe

As we all know, Metabrew is an ingredient in many many good days, but, have you thought of all the healthy ways Metabrew could be used in the kitchen? We’ve seen plenty of folks over the past couple years throw Metabrew in a blender with a few more superfoods, maybe a nanner, and some protein powder, but when we witnessed the artwork the incomparable @Ducklet1 was creating with our little brew, we knew we had to share it with the world!

We love love love everything about this recipe, and three out of three meta mavens agree that you should stop whatever it is that you’re doing right now, go down to your favorite organic market, and grab all the stuffs below if you wanna feel like a champion.

What you’ll need:

1 cup frozen cauliflower,

2 frozen bananas

1 small avocado

1 small summer squash

1/4 cup soaked cashews

6 oz. @themetabrew nut-buttered coffee

1 tablespoon @omg_superfoods sacha inchi powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon decaf coffee  

3 dates (soaked & pitted)

2 scoops @nutiva Superfood 30 vanilla plant protein.

 

To Garnish:

Homemade supernut coffee granola  (Recipe coming real real soooon).

What you’ll do:

Throw everything in a blender, and top with some super-delicious supernut coffee granola, take a picture, and tag a couple friends on instagram, and ask 'em for a selfie so you can see how green with envy they get.
